A team directly involved in your projects.
Founded by Maxime Tarrit and Colin Timaxian, MASCIIN IT brings together a team covering scoping, business analysis, data, development and IT architecture. You always know who is working on your project.

Keep project leadership close to the people doing the work
MASCIIN IT was founded in 2024 by Maxime Tarrit and Colin Timaxian around a simple idea: IT projects move faster when business steering and technical delivery work as one team.
Maxime focuses on scoping, business analysis and project leadership. Colin focuses on data, software development and IT architecture. Around them, the MASCIIN IT team delivers the day-to-day work, and you deal directly with the people doing it.
We work on site in Montpellier and across Occitanie, and remotely throughout France. When a project needs an additional specialist, we put together the right team without adding layers of account management.
Local roots
On-site in Montpellier and Occitanie, remote elsewhere in France.

Involved founders, a team that delivers

Our partner network
We do not claim to cover every discipline in-house. When highly specialised expertise or extra capacity is needed, we bring in consultants we are used to working with. MASCIIN IT remains responsible for the agreed scope, coordination and review of deliverables.
What our principles change in practice
Clear scope, stated limits, documented decisions and work that can be handed over: this is what we want clients to experience.
Proximity
You know who to call and who makes the decision at MASCIIN IT.
Transparency
We flag a difficulty or limitation before it turns into a delay.
Rigour
Decisions, tests and open points leave a record your team can use.
Pragmatism
We favour a useful first step over an oversized transformation programme.
Autonomy
Your team or another supplier must be able to take over what was delivered.
Let's start with what is getting in the way.
In a 30-minute call, you leave with a clear reading of your situation and a concrete next step, whether we end up working together or not.
