Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us:
- via the contact form: first name, last name, email, organisation, job title, phone (optional), subject and message;
- campaign parameters (UTM) and the page of origin, to understand the context of your request.
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not use advertising cookies.
Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to answer your request, understand your need and, where appropriate, offer you support. It is never used for pushy prospecting.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form) and on MASCIIN IT's legitimate interest in handling the requests it receives.
Retention period
Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted or anonymised.
Analytics
We may use anonymised, privacy-friendly analytics. No analytics cookie is set before your consent when consent is required.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over your data. To exercise these rights or request the deletion of your data, write to us at dpo@masciinit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
